01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wc99 website located at wc99.bio, including all associated services, products, promotions, and features made available by wc99 (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating a wc99 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the wc99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wc99 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders, in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual may hold only one wc99 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wc99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all registration information provided.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wc99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

wc99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure. You must notify the wc99 support team immediately — via live chat at [email protected] — if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times.
• You must not permit any other person to use your wc99 account, place bets on your behalf, or otherwise access the Platform through your credentials.
• wc99 reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension.
• wc99 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

wc99 maintains all player account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your wc99 account are for the sole purpose of wagering on the wc99 Platform. wc99 does not pay interest on account balances. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly; bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to clear.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where operationally possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically within 3–5 hours of approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank transfer: 1–2 business days
• SadaPay: typically within 3–5 hours of approval
• USDT TRC20: typically within 1–4 hours of approval

wc99 does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. wc99 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

wc99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of their offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by wc99 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before the bonus or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, sports betting, and Hi-Lo may contribute at different rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permissible stake per bet or spin is PKR 1,000 (or the equivalent stated in the promotion). Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus Abuse: wc99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including matched betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system may have their winnings voided and their account terminated.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the wc99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. General betting rules applicable across all wc99 products include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. wc99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets unless an obvious error has occurred on the Platform's part.
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or manifest error in odds or game outcome, wc99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• wc99 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or across a player's account. These limits are communicated within the relevant product terms.
• For sports betting: markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. For cricket and PSL markets, the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) shall be determinative.
• For casino and slot games: all games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wc99 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform.
• Loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or termination.
• Errors in odds, game data, or sports results supplied by third-party data providers.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

wc99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data
